For my birthday dinner, I wanted twisted oak. So my family took me out. We sat at a table for almost 10mins before we were asked "what do you want to drink". We waited another 10mins for 3 waters & a Dt Pepsi. Then the bartender, Billy, finally came back to our table. I was not happy at this time. He proceeded to argue with me. I asked for a manager, he said he was the only manager there & he refused to get me someone else to speak with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
