I made an appointment with one of the stylist in training expecting her to have some experience but getting extra teaming from stylists well versed in natural hair. I shouldn't have assumed. It seemed like she had never washed hair before. Supervision was minimal for someone who seemed so new to the profession. When I got home my husband was confused because, according to him, it looked worse than when I left. I had to to it again myself before the special even I had coming up. The music was also offensive and perverse.

Went in for the Big Chop. I was nervous and excited at the same time. Alecia gave me just that. She was very accommodating and listened attentively. I was impressed. I like my hair. I will be back.

I had my hair done by Alecia today she was on time for my 1:00 appointment she was professional, personable, friendly. The shot was neat and clean. I was told it would take two hours and almost to the second it was two hours. The prices are reasonable. I will return and i will recommend them to others. Thank you, Donna

Charity is absolutely amazing!!! I came in with anxiety and left with a smile and amazing hair!!!! Not to mention J is hilarious. Charity and J are now my ONLY stylist.

Caroline and Sharon tackled my hair this evening. I had just taken down faux loks and my hair had knotted once the water hit it. Although I was mortified, these ladies treated me with the utmost respect and gave me the tips I needed to repair the issues. I am very blessed to have been serviced by these ladies!!! Thank you both! See you in a few weeks!
