Love my Hair!!!! LOVED MY HAIR!!! I love this place my friend sent me in everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was very upbeat and fun. My stylist Heidy seemed to know just what i needed!! My color has never looked better and my haircut styled so easy when i blew dried it this morning. Definetly got pampered. I found a new hair home! Best kept secret in Va Beach !
overpriced and poor service The Twist Salon is very expensive for the service and the products they offer. The staff is not helpfull and very rude. You can do a lot better with your money.
Twist Salon is great! I had the best experience ever at Twist. Everyone made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked into the door. I saw Ann that day and absolutely loved my hair. I could tell by looking around that all the staff were very professional and had great knowledge for their field.
Misled and disappointed Normally love going to Twist Salon even though they pretty far from where I live. I loved what Jenna would do with my hair! She's fantastic and totally made the drive worth it! Unfortunately she is no longer with the company. I received a letter stating I could receive 50% off any service (if I saw 1 of 2 girls). I decide to to go for this great deal as I have no idea where Jenna is and who could pass up 50% off! Angela is the best!!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Angela she has been doing my hair for 20 yrs. She is the best for color and cut, she goes to all the hair shows and is up to date with all the latest styles. I have sent her many people over the years and are still clients of hers today. If you are looking for a change I highly suggest her and watch how many compliments you will get from strangers! As for the price you pay for what you get which is excellent service and you walk out feeling like a new person. I LOVE this place!!
Just happy I have had the opportunity to be a client of Twist Salons for nine years. I rarely write reviews, but when I was looking at the internet today I decided to read some. Most were great and a few no so great. I guess at the age of 72, I can understand that you can't please everyone. But I love this place. Not only have they been kind to me. Todd has gone out of his way to journey to my home when I was ill and care for me, as far as driving me to the store.
Angela Rocks! I absolutely LOVE Twist Salon! The whole staff has been nothing but wonderful to me and my family. I would HIGHLY recommend ANGELA as a stylist. She has been both my girls and my stylist for many years. She is the best and has a heart of gold! We would never go anywhere else. I truly feel blessed and lucky to find someone I can trust!
LOVE TWIST I love this place. I have been a client of Marty's for fifteen years. He is not only a great stylist, he is very kind and listens very well. Marty has always taken his time and met my needs. If you are looking for a great stylist, I have one for you.
Love Twist! Marty is the best! I saw some negative comments & decided to leave my own comment. I've been going to Marty (one of the owners of Twist Salon) to do my hair for about 11 years now, before he even opened Twist & was working at Rudy & Kelly. I LOVE him. He has always been SO nice & I've always left LOVING my hair. I would never go anywhere else because I trust him. He knows what he's doing for sure.
