I got a trim, deep condition, and two stand twist. The style did a great job but it literally took 5 hours to complete. My hair is thick but it's not THAT unmanageable for it to take well over 5 hours. Other than that - It was a good job done. The stylist was extremely professional and knew what she was doing. I will say a woman did leave halfway into her service with another stylist. Not sure what happened but I've been in her shoes before and can sympathize.

I met with the owner Edjuana and setup with her for a cut and color. I arrived and I was given to another stylist. I should have left because that act made me uncomfortable. I overrode the feeling because if the owner made a recommendation, shouldn’t you be in good hands, right? Azair started conversation engaged Amy attention and I relaxed in the chair. I have been twice. Azaire (sp?) has cared for my hair on both occasions. I have an interesting texture to my hair, and this is not the place you would imagine handling the hair of a Caucasian woman. This is the place. Let them practice their art! They are patient and kind and thoughtful. This is the place!
