We had our wedding/reception at Jackson Manor and have received compliments on the food every day since! The staff were amazing and Joel was so communicative. Any questions I had were met with timely responses. Everything came out fresh and delicious. The queso is something I will never be able to get off of my mind. At the end we still had a bunch of leftovers to take home which we gladly did. I would 10/10 recommend twist for any of your catering needs.
Chef Latoya and her team provided us with catering for my mother's memorial luncheon in mid-November. The sandwich platters (smoked meats, smoked turkey, roast beef, jerk chicken, veg wraps), pasta and couscous salads, as well as the sweet and fruit trays, were exceptionally fresh and delicious. Thank you for completing the order with very short notice. The food provided comfort during a challenging time. This will be my go-to catering company for future orders! So nice that it is a local business, too.
My spouse and I got in touch with chef Latoya to cater my 40th birthday celebration. She was open to accommodate any wish required. She was able to prepare a good spread of Caribbean dishes (rice & peas, jerk chicken, vegetable chow mein, pepper fish and doubles) the food was fresh and was a hit with everyone who came out to celebrate. Thank you Chef Latoya!!
Last night I went to a 65th birthday party, never heard of twist, I must say the food was excellent 👍🏾 I gave it a thumbs up.
I recently hired Twist catering to do the food for a group of 30 to celebrate my parents' 90th birthdays. Chef La-Toya came up with a great menu suggestion for an older East Coast crowd (!). The crab-cakes in particular were a hit!
