TENANTS ARE VERY THANKFUL FOR JENNIFER MCCLURE, PROPERTY MANAGER, ROGER, MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR, AND TINA ARMSTRONG, SOCIAL SERVICE COORDINATOR, FOR ALL THEY ARE DONE FOR THEM.
Within the last 2 to 3 months Twinsburg senior apartments has really gone downhill, Since the old maintenance man retired, the New maintenance man is very nice but is in training so nothing gets fixed on time.Not to mention the broken door that still has not been fixed It's been over a week and is a hazard....From what I've been told, the new office manager is very mean and has made a few of our residents actually cry. As operator of Mary’s Mobile Boutique I enjoy visiting several of the K n D properties on a monthly basis. I especially like Twinsburg Senior Apartments because of the caring Service Coordinator Tina Armstrong. I have witnessed how Tina has time for everyone and listens to their concerns with great compassion. She is easy going and flexible when scheduling my monthly visits. She is truly a great lady to know.

Very nice place to live and made even better by new management and staff. Improvements by Manager Jessica McClure, Tina and Bruce are hugely appreciated!
