Office manager was really rude. Filled out the paperwork and had an appt to have my mother look at the place. Came in and she treated us like we were stupid for signing the document and putting a date on it Don't think I will be returning. Hard enough worrying about my mother definitely dont want her living in a place being treated like less than. Be better people didnt your mother raise you to respect your elders!!!

Very nice place to live, made even better by new management and staff. Improvements by Manager Jessica McClure, Tina and Roger are hugely appreciated!

Within the last 2 to 3 months Twinsburg senior apartments has really gone downhill, The new office manager treats residents more like inmates ,From what I've been told, the new office manager is very mean and has made a few of our residents actually cry. They started locking the laundry room on the weekend because people complained there wasn't enough machines when there was only two machines on each floor for a hundred people, people have had their clothes locked in the laundry room. I regularly visit my parents at their senior apartment complex and have had the pleasure of interacting with Jennifer, the apartment manager, many times. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Jennifer made the entire move in process smooth and easy—she was incredibly organized, and any small repairs or replacements needed were handled right away. If I could give zero stars I would. Feel terrible for the residents that have lived here for a while and get treated the way they do by the office manager. She doesn’t care about the people there. Taking away amenities depending on how she is feeling that day, including basic necessities. She is so mean to the residents, that they don’t feel comfortable bringing issues up. Even now there’s security risk because the front door hasn’t had a working lock in a while now.
