At 1st I thought they were going to be a great fit for my family until they weren’t. We all need glasses or contacts. They make it very hard to get glasses and need appointments for appointments. They weren’t even willing to give pricing without an appointment. When we told them we would need to go elsewhere they had zero cares. They do not care at their patients experience whatsoever.

Amazing office! Very organized and great employees. Gianna and Mackenzie had very friendly faces with great conversation as well. Made me feel very welcome. Would 10/10 recommend making an appointment.

I will never go there again, when I went there the lady just handed me the glasses, she did not adjust them to fit my face, she did not clean them she dropped the the sunglass clip on the floor and she just picked it up and handed it to me. The eyeglass case to one of the pair I purchased is for a different frame. They did not even include a cleaning cloth. Awful service. I will stick with Signature eyewear in Beachwood. I had an amazing experience at Twinsburg Eye Associates! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. From the eye exam to picking out my glasses and getting fitted for contacts, everything was smooth and hassle-free. They made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
