I have had many medical treatments and my most recent completed in April 2024 was the very best yet.From reception through the procedure,everyone was professional,polite and most importantly caring. Everyone is very friendly, professional and they truly care. Easy to get an appointment when I had a tooth break. They even called me in early when they had a cancellation. No pain at all when administering the novacaine or through the whole filling procedure. Dr. Rainwater and Brittany explained everything thoroughly and listened to my questions. Rachel made the check out process painless and fun. A truly rare dental experience every time I come here!
I had been going to Twinsburg Dental Associates for over 10 years. I always thought their service was great. I always paid whatever bills I had. Due to covid there was a bill I could not pay right away. The bank said I put a stop payment on the check. I do not remember telling the bank to do that. Even if I did since I had never missed a payment before I could have been treated better. They could have asked me why this happened and why I could not make the payment. Instead, they were rude. Friendly and professional . Marie dental hygienist gave me a good cleaning with caring. It's just what I needed after not being in for cleaning over a year. Dr. Rainwater is friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and patiently explained it to me. I'll be coming here for all my future dental needs!
Recommendedbest experience ever for me at a Dental practice. No pain at all administering the novacain. No pain at all with the 2 fillings. Dental assistant was wonderful

Everyone was so nice and welcoming!! My appointment was set for 10:40 but I thought it was 10 am , they took me right away even tho I was super early !! Gave me the answers I needed and pointed me in the right direction!
