Food was too basic. The egusi tasted old and the fish was very salty and also felt like it's been a while it was prepared. I'm not impressed
I didn’t care for the plantains so I added my own but the food was really good I ordered jollof rice with chicken and they added stew for me on top and egusi soup with goat meat I chose pounded yam (iyan) this my second time here the only concern is the taste of the plantains they look burnt they need to change The way they make them but because the food was good I’ll give 5 stars. See the difference in the plaintains the second image is the restaurants. I still will come again just work on the plaintains please.
The egusi soup didn’t seem to be made traditionally…seems as it was made with tomato sauce, just not used to seeing it that way. Not as flavorful either.
Best Nigerian restaurant period! Everything I got there was delicious. By far the best Ive I've had so far.
If I could rate 0 star I would!!! I ordered beef with jollof rice and stew off doordash. It was disgusting!!!! Jollof rice have a burnt taste. The beef and stew is very sour. I do not recommend this place at all. Truly disappointing.
