After being disappointed by another dealership we called Twins Auto to see if they had a specific Acura on their lot. Luis answered the call. Luis ensured the car was on the lot so we could see it. He even made sure it was pulled to the front and warmed up on such a bitterly cold day. Luis even called a few days after purchase to ensure I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend Twins Auto and Luis for any car buying needs.
They treated me like family when I walked in the door because they wanted my money. As soon as I had an issue with the car they treated me like they owed back child support. Don’t buy any of their offered plans because they DO NOT honor them. They sent me to their “sister dealership” and was over charged and told multiple other things were wrong with the car when there was not.
