Writing this on Feb 28, 2026 Positive - The place was clean and inviting. Offered me and my spouse water while they retrieve our salesman. They had the car (2024 Nissan Z Nismo) we wanted to see out front and waiting for us. Everyone was polite. Negative - Yesterday I called and spoke with a salesman named Dave who was polite over the phone and understood that I was driving two (four in total) hours to see this car and potentially buy. Overall a very good experience buying a car from Twins Auto. They were efficient, seamless and helpful. But the sales associate, he really stuck with me, he was very generous and took extra time with me through follow-ups and helping me with all the car features that were quite overwhelming since I haven’t purchased a car in 10 yrs. Great work ethic can be hard to find these days! So thank you Twins and Luis!
Purchasing at Twins was a great experience all the way around. Zachariah in sales, and Jacob in finance were phenomenal to deal with. They made it extremely fast and easy!!! Highly recommended always!
