I took my friend's daughter along with my own tonight! It was so so cute and fun! The girls had a blast! The owner had no appointments available but stayed open late to make a special evening because I wasn't local and coming back wasn't convenient. The hospitality and customer service was excellent! Not to mention the smiles and joy in my girls faces. I will go again.
I had the absolute worst experience with this company. I bought a Groupon, and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. When I finally got a hold of someone it was Lance, the accountant, and he couldn't help. He also tried to call the appointment number, but no one picked up. I left several messages, and no one called me back. Ever. I gave it one more try just now, and I finally got through.
