Terrible customer service. We tried to schedule an appointment for two weeks prior to taking a trip up north. There is a very rude gentleman who answers the phone and is supposedly an "account manager" and part owner but he is unable to answer questions about the business or schedule appointments. He refereed us to call back to reach the scheduler multiple times but he is the only one who answers the phone and no one else is ever available to actually help answer questions or schedule. My daughter enjoyed her mani and pedi immensely! The employees were so kind!
My daughter had an awesome time yesterday for her birthday
My daughter celebrated her 8th birthday here with 8 of her friends. The staff were exceptional and the girls enjoyed every moment especially the party bus. The owner is very professional and wants to ensure that she meets or exceeds expectations. The girls received all of the services as listed. I would recommend this business and I would also consider Posh & Play for a party venue in the future.
