I planned a surprise birthday party for my Husband back in October. Anyone who has planned a party knows they can be stressful. I wanted to do a happy hour theme so I thought what better than pizza and wings. I was having 70+/- people and coming and going at different times. I raked my brain to figure out how to keep 17 pizza's warm for several hours (party was off site and NOT at Twin Trees) - and it suddenly occurred to me, why did I need them all at once. Had a catered buffet meal for my mother-in-law’s funeral lunch. The food was hot and excellent. I enjoyed the roasted sausage and especially the Utica greens. Pizza was great and penne pasta with meatballs were good. I would recommend to going there but for us it’s a 4 hour commute to and from the restaurant to KOP Pennsylvania. If you live in town please stop by you won’t regret a great meal.
