RecommendedI just moved into the Twin Towers this past weekend and so far I absolutely love it. I have an amazing unit with a beautiful view and I'm enjoying my apartment. Kendall has been extremely helpful and has answered my questions and concerns right away. I haven't been able to use the amenities yet due to covid but from everything that I've seen and experienced so far I don't foresee having any issues. This building really seems like a great place to live and I look forward to it!

RecommendedI have been living at Twin Towers apartments for almost one year now, and I can say that it has truly become my home away from home. I moved from California, so it wasn't the easiest transition but the entire Twin Towers management has made it worthwhile. My apartment is spacious, reasonably priced, and with a lovely view of Lake Michigan and the downtown skyline. RecommendedWhen moving to Chicago I thought I was going to have the hardest time ever finding a place to live here but I was so lucky finding this apartment building. Everyone in the administration office was super nice. My apartment was super clean and with an amazing view of the city skyline. The laundry area has very good washers and dryers. RecommendedThe Habitat Company is one of the best management companies in Chicago. The building is safe, secure, and clean.
They are very unprofessional... The female maintanace worker which a former Security gaurd has the worst disposition than she had before. Very quick lipped and disrespectful. She gossips with with the Gaurd Lori and a tenants that lives in the lobby on a daily basis. All they have to do is run their video, They brag about maintaince watching the cameras, be in there rooms laughing and talking about people while watching them on camera! it's not funny. Former Resident in studio apartment. Easy staff to work with and building always clean. Any issues that came up were taken care of promptly. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Hyde Park Neighborhood!
Coming into our second year. We are so pleased. The view is wonderful, the staff is wonderful and the common areas are kept neat and clean. Very happy the we chose Twin Towers. Excited to start our second year!
