I’ve lived at Twin Towers for several years now, and I couldn’t be happier. The maintenance team is always fast and reliable — anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. Ana and Alberto are fantastic, approachable, attentive, and they genuinely care about the residents. The rest of the staff are just as helpful and always go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s been a great place to call home, and I’m looking forward to renewing my lease again.
I love living at Twin Towers, all the staff is amazing, they are always ready to help with your needs, Alberto and Herman are the best ones! Herman always smiling and nice with everyone around! Very grateful to have people like them at home! 🥰

I really love living at the Twin Towers Apartments in Silver Spring! All the staff is very friendly, the maintenance team is very responsive and thorough, and the location is great. In particular, special recognition should be given to Herman Perez. Everyday, Herman makes a point to greet my wife and I, and lets us know when we have packages that have arrived. The Management it's Staff and The Maintenance Personal Services are Very Professional and Extremely Dependable and Reliable. It's Obvious that All Areas and Levels of Managing a Complex of The Size of Twin Towers Require Absolute Detail to Every Request of The Tenants and Their Needs are Priority. Management has been Very Attentive to All The Needs of It's Tenants without Hesitation. I'm Totally Elated and Thankful to have A Management Team as The Team that Manages Twin Towers.
