While I was looking for apartment, signing the lease, and moving in, I was treated with great deal and detailed guidance. Carmen, the building's leasing office manager, is incredibly kind & helpful. She is professional in her work and helped me have a smooth moving. I am satisfied living in Twin Towers and recommend it.
Safe, really close to metro station, great maintenance.
The laundry room definitely needs work, but I wanted to give the twin towers 5 stars for the uniquely caring and supportive management team. Ana Morales in particular made living here a wonderful experience, as she was always eager and quick to help me with any issues I had. She made this feel more like a community than a corporate apartment building. Wherever I end up next, I will miss the feeling of being in good hands that she provided.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not live here. Please take time to read my experience. I moved to Twin Towers (TT) on August 2021 and since then I’ve been experiencing issues with the place until the day I moved out. I was originally staying in apartment 615. My tub and sink would clog on a consistent basis! Then I moved to apartment 402 in 2024and things went down hill. Staff's been very good, the leasing agent Carmen was super helpful during the leasing process. Only thing I would improve is adding a fan in the bathroom because it gets pretty stuffy in there, even with the vent.
