This is without doubt the most worthless customer support from a company I have ever dealt with. I bought an electric fireplace that worked for three months then heating element went out. Called, they opened a ticket and said new part would be available in July or August. It did not show. Called again and said part might be in sometime in December. Purchased an electric log set in 10/19. Never opened the box til 1/21 only to discover there was no electric cord included (detachable type, 12v). I contacted CS, was given a ticket number and told they would send to technical support? Ok, heard from tech support several days later and was told it was out of warranty a year from purchase. I get that...but they sold me a defective product and I suggested they could check for the cord. They agreed to do so if I took pictures of the unit and model # etc and email them. I purchased a Tresanti 47" Adjustable Height Desk, White from Costco online. Costco has done a wonderful job of getting me the desk and the replacement. Twin-Star International on the other hand has been a complete customer service failure. After assembling the desk I found that it would not rise. My first touch with Twin-Star International Customer Support was on 29 December 2020. Ordered replacement bolts 2 months ago and have gone back and forth with "customer service" the entire time. Have sent a multitude of emails, messages on the portal and phone calls. The most inept service on the planet. Love my desk, but based on the incredibly poor customer service I wouldn't buy a pencil from this company. They have 58 complaints on the Better Business Site. How does this place stay in business!
