I'd never send anybody to this place my grandmother fell hit her head broke her hip at around 12 we guess that's when they found her any way then they send her to the hospital but they never called anybody until after 4:30 that morning so my poor grandmother was in the ER scared and by her self for 4 hours and 3 days later died cause twin rivers assessed her and never told the hospital about her breaking her nose and have a goose egg knot next to her temple
I was there from 11/26/14 to 1/16/15 the cna's were grate the therapist were the best the only thing bad was the food they need some cooks
