Our family is grateful for the care our dog, Rosie, recently received at the hospital when she had surgery to remove some lumps. Throughout the process, we were clearly informed of expenses and the procedures. We are thankful for their quick actions when there was an unexpected complication in surgery. During Rosie's recovery, they were available to answer questions and had her come in several times to ensure her proper healing. Thank you to Dr. Harish, Stephanie and the entire staff who were so kind and helpful!
Do not use this vet clinic. We had to have our dog euthanized there and it was an absolute debacle. They made a major error and injected caustic euthanol into the tissues surrounding our dogs leg resulting in our dogs final minutes being filled with pain and distress. We were robbed of a proper peaceful goodbye as our dog had to endure fear and pain in his final moments while he suffered and had to wait for another vet, as the one we had to start the procedure dropped the syringe at my knee and ran out of the room. Very accommodating, got us in same day to help our kitten with an eye infection. The receptionist, and vet assistants were amazing. They were so nice to our boy. I have to shout out I believe I heard her name is Julia, she was so good with him and she was very talkative and friendly which was nice. I had a little bit of concerns with the way the vet was handling him, I do feel like more patience is needed, he was relying on us for help holding him but not giving instructions on what he wanted us to do, not talking and not ex... read more
