I have never used Twin Ports before and they were the first shop I called after being in an accident. I spoke with Eric, owner and operator, and he made me feel incredibly at ease. I was very well taken care of, beyond what I had imagined!! I have been telling my co-workers, family and friends about my experience with Eric and the great work Twin Ports did on my truck, as well as the A+ customer service. Don't pass on this shop. Definitely recommend! Unfortunately 2nd time I’ve had to send my leased Audi for repairs. Gave me a clean loaner, and when I picked my vehicle up, it looked brand new inside and out! Great people To work with! Go above and beyond. And pretty darn cheap if you ask me!
Great staff, wonderful work. This is a shop focused on QUALITY, so don't go here if you just want run of the mill service.
We own an auto repair shop in Brooklyn Park. One of our regular customers was in Duluth, had car trouble & called us frantically. Obviously we couldn't help her but we put her in touch with Steve. His shop fixes the outside of cars but he happily helped out our customer, fixing her issues under the hood. Our customer couldn't say enough good things about Steve & his customer service.
