I paid for an order of silver wire in differing sizes. I also paid for an express post service. I did not receive the order for 11 days. When I opened the package, they had sent me the incorrect wire (which I had needed urgently for an order). I also spent a great deal of time on the phone to Australia Post trying to track down the order. I had originally placed the order with the Sydney office and they just passed me off to the Adelaide office.
