Well for one the service sucks that may not reflect on all the ladies that work there but it definitely fits the young lady that waited on us . My two friends and I Don't drink it seemed that the other customers that were drinking received very good service hell I had to get my own silverware then it took 15 mins to get lemon for my tea, 10 mins to get a to go box maybe all the other patrons didn't realize she wasn't very good at her job because they were inebriated, will never go Back .
I noticed that a few people had complaints about the service. Well I'll tell you what I noticed. Not only were most ALL of the waitresses busy but they took a minute to either stop by or even sit down with the customers they were waiting on. Honestly I enjoyed the company and not just the scenery. It felt good to have a real conversation and not the same old thing of going to a restaurant and ordering food which almost feels scripted or fake. More than just a "How are you?" Ok so the food is good. The service is great. But when you put hot little waitresses in the mix that's what I call a home run. Jessica from Denver is a must see ......leaving aa lasting memory. Thank you for moving into Greenville,SC. Keeps me from driving to Charlotte,NC........
So I went back to Twin Peaks to retrieve the bag of gifts-birthday/Christmas I left there for my daughter who worked there, Sam H...was not told at the time I brought them that she'd quit! Only to find those other conniving, thieving girls who work there Stole Everything!! I'd saved & spent over $200, not to mention the thought that went into each gift..I'd even included one for her guy. I hope karma gets every one of them. That was just wrong!!
The burger I had was excellent...the service...not so much. My buddy and I sat at the bar and were pretty much ignored the entire time. We received our check before we had even gotten our food, then had to have it split and also have another drink added. The waitress/bartender didn't interact whatsoever with us, although she was very attentive to the regulars on the other side of the bar. I'd say go there for the food, but don't expect good service.
Me and my wife go every Sunday aways a good time looking at football and Madison is the best can't wait till Super Bowl Sunday..cold beer and good food selection...
It's has been a very long time since my last visit here and I thought it would be good to check it out again. LOL!!!! WOW! was I wrong. If you go there and your waitress is Bailey you will be sure to have terrible service and absolutely ZERO personality. She didn't even clean the table, someone else did the dirty work for her while she sat with some guy who didn't order anything. I will never go to Twin Peaks ever again.
