The food and staff are exellent!!!! Emilee was very friendly and made the visit very pleasent. If you want good food and great customer service come in and ask for Emilee!!
Came in tonight, 3/24/18, with my wife and 2 girls, during the k-state game. Was greeted with a smile and sat quickly. We had Megan as a server and seriously best service we've had in a long time. Food and drinks came out quick, it was delicious and couldn't ask for a better dinner service. Highly recommend
I absolutely love this establishment and the great girls that work here! Food is great and the drinks are even better!!!!
Have been in several times now, and have had Aubrey as my waitress for the last 3 visits. She's awesome!! Friendly and attentive. I've never had to "wait" for her to come check on me and my guests. I can honestly say, she's been the best waitress I have had at Twin Peaks. Love her!! �

I frequent the Peaks in West Wichita and it is at superior than this one when I visited a couple weeks ago. As she walked by, my waitress would casually ask if I was good. She would also stand for 15-20 minutes at a time talking with regulars. After getting my order to go that was brought to me by one of the other girls, I had to wait 20 minutes for my waitress to even come by to get my ticket. Obviously the staff here are FAR too important than to waste their time on servicing the customer. If someone paid me major money to go back to this place I wouldn’t take them up on it. They seem to have particular expertise at bringing the bill, and watching for you to pick up your phone lest you be taking pictures of their waitresses unawares. The only way I would take pictures in this establishment is if I had been hired to take pics for enshrinement in the Customer Service Hall Of Shame.
The atmosphere is great, the food is very good! It’s the place to watch all your sports.
Went there at 7:00 on a Saturday night to go eat, with a full parking lot, got seated within 10 minutes and had drinks to us right away. Food came out great and quick. Waitress (Miranda I believe), did a good job of making sure we were doing good on drinks and that we had everything we needed.
