Our first time coming to Houston Twin Peaks and the service was horrible! The person who sat us was very unapproachable, not smiling or barely said a word to greet us. Waitress brought us beers that were not what we ordered and looked at us like we were stupid because we questioned her about the drinks. When we asked her to substitute them for what we actually ordered, she came back to say they should have been right and that we could order something differently. Sarah and Alma are SO much fun!! The best customer service. EVER. They were so welcoming. We're not from here. My buddy and I are here for work and we decided to stop in. Never been here before and didn't know what to expect. We had a great time! Cold beer and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
