Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Server took our order and never came back. Was never asked if we needed refills or even brought us eating utensils or napkins. Even after we asked for them. We asked another server for the items and she was annoyed we even asked for them. Which she never brought to our table. I’m guessing because it wasn’t her table. My husband had to go to the bar and ask for utensils and napkins. Not the usual service we have received at Twin Peaks before.
RecommendedI always enjoy the food and drinks but I come to peaks for the service! Lauren (LILO) is the best waitress there! She goes above and beyond and is always entertaining!
Recommendedthe waitress (cassy) always very attentive at our table.💓 the bartender needs to be more trained or active in knowing more types of shots, not ONLY from the menu but everything is fine
RecommendedFood is always great the bartenders / servers for the most part stay on top of things . The only thing that I do not like or agree with the way the tips are done . Especially when I see one bartender doing most of the work but you have to split tips with others don’t agree with that
