ten of us came together there after a fly in conference last night to watch the cubs win. Kayla was awesome ! the food was great ! and I will highly recommend . too bad we can't fly back until next November.

Worst service ever in my entire life been here 2 hrs for cold food and an idiot server !! Couldnt even get ketchup for frys but when we wanted to pay she had bill in an instant !!
We waited two hours to be seated and we watched several larger groups that came in after us get seated first ! When we asked to speak to the manger he was rude ! After we were seated the waitress was amazing with great service! The manger on the other hand was a piece of shit it would be a great place if they fixed the management!
Waitress sucked. Very inattentive to our table. Drinks stayed empty for a long time before refilling and took forever to come get our order. There was just two of us and only ordered one appetizer and two meals. No where near an $81 ticket which she tried to charge us. She was seriously not paying attention or did it on purpose to pocket the extra cash. Idk but I hope we don't get her again when we return.

Was in Vegas for a work retreat, Made reservations for a group of 20, we got a table for 12, with 4 menus. No cutlery. 20 minutes before a drink order was taken. Never came to ask us for food orders. We had to randomly stop any waitress and shout out an order. 3 orders of nachos and ZERO plates delivered. A colleague received a raw burger, so they made a new one... Then charged him for 2!!
