Terrible service every time I have been. Waitresses congregating at hostess station and had to track ours down for service. Ignored by waitresses. And when we're not being ignored we get rude attitudes. More that happy to take service elsewhere.
Poor service and waitress Florencia questioned friends where they were seating when placing an order when no seats were obviously available. Took to long to order drinks, to long serve drinks, too long to order food, and too long to serve food or food was never served. Example: chip and salsa were ordered;but, never brought out. Will not return!! Not recommended.
I loved the twin peaks in Houston.. but went to the woodlands and waited an hour for my appetizer.... some one else ordered chips and salsa with us and was also waiting an hour... I finally got tired and talked to the manage (Victor).. instead of trying to side with the customer and make the bad situation right, he continued to justify that it's because they were busy!! (Let me remind you chips and salsa!!)..As he was begining to give me a refund he tells me "well your food is ready" and left it at that.. I have been a serve... read more
The crew handled the large crowd we brought in very well. Great service for the number of people
Food was great, beer was cold. Don't remember waitresses' name, but we will call her "Boobs," took real good care of us. Glasses never emptied
Ella took care of us at Henderson Location- thanks to Brandon the Manager
My first time at twin peaks and would definitely recommend this to all who want to enjoy great food and and amazing staff fabulous people
