RecommendedI had a great time here at Twin Peaks in the Woodlands!!!! I came here with my daughters and the service was excellent!!!! Our server was Estephany she was awesome and took really good care of us!!!! If I could give her 10 stars ⭐️ I would!!!! You need more servers like her! 👍🏼
RecommendedMy husband and I met my son and his girlfriend for lunch. Service was great and the food was delicious. The place was very cool and the atmosphere was very comfortable. We stayed and chatted for a long time after finishing our food.
I waited another 20 minutes after they told me it would be 20 minutes for my to go order. When I got home they had conveniently forgotten the dipping sauce for both the fish and chips and my ill girlfriend’s fried pickles. Now that I’ve tried calling them to fix the solution, they won’t answer the phones. She’s upset and nobody cares enough to pick up a phone. Went to this Twin Peaks last week for their $5 burgers & fries on customer appreciation day. Took 30 minutes sitting at a table before anyone acknowledged me. Then afterwards the waitress did not give me the $5 deal and overcharged me for a drink. She was nice, but seemed annoyed with me for HER mistakes. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location.
