Stayed in room 2204. Absolutely 10/10 resort
Very dissatisfied by the organization of this hotel they are very unaccommodating to their customers and not willing to work with you even if it was an issue on their end , the age requirement was hidden way down at the bottom under a pullout menu, went through with booking and payment and Id verification just for it to tell me the age minimum is 25 AFTER I’ve already had this booked and paid for for a week, and they would not give us an exception even though their site let me go through with payment. 1702 Twin Palms. Wonderful! Would definitely stay again. . Very clean-great location- beautiful view- large ocean front balcony can see dolphins play-quite- right on the beach.
