Stayed here the last few years in the same condo, very nice no complaints however this year the pool was very cloudy everyday, one day there were a lot of bugs floating on top of the water. It appeared that the skimmers were off as I tried to force some bugs down, this did not work. There were some rude people vaping and smoking at the pool, a young boy maybe 8-10 years old with a foul mouth, parents did not care. Overall love this place
My 1st stay here room 1203 was perfect! Clean rooms, very organized, balcony view phenomenal!! The parking deck is laid out perfectly. I felt very safe staying here and also a great area for a street side walk too. I will suggest Twin Palms to friends and family.
