Bed bugs. Violent neighbors. Mold. Cheap rent. Rent at your own risk!
The new manager is great. He is very straight forward and responds to his tenants needs quickly. The apartment is clean, the heat and cooling is very quick and it's a great location. I haven't had any trouble with noise as well.
Cheap rent. Maybe not the most glamours place to live but its the cheapest rent is downtown San Jose.
The stove and other appliances are too old and don't work very well. My neighbor literally had to fix the kitchen by himself otherwise they were going to charge him over $1000 because of the fact that the stove wasn't working properly. This is an old place and doesn't offer you a guarantee or an insurance when things like that happen. This happen recently and needs to be remodel for a better standard of living guys.
