Buyer beware!! I contacted Twin Oaks in mid-April 2025 to bring in gravel to assist with a drainage problem. Regina was very prompt in reviewing our needs and provided an estimate for 2 truck loads of gravel and the labor to spread it. She advised me if 2 loads were not needed then the amount due would be 1/2 of the quote. Unfortunately, it was a “verbal quote”. Shame on me!! The job was completed and only one truckload was needed. There is a lot of good that I can say about Twin Oaks Landscaping Company. The owner, she is a sweetheart, a very caring type person. The guys who do the work are great. If you care about getting to know them, & I very much do care about that, then you enjoy having them. They always want to make sure you are pleased. Dependable, professional staff that come equipped with the tools, trucks and heavy equipment to get the job completely done in short order. They show up when they say they will first thing and get to work to quickly so as not to waste customer time. Always at a fair price and willingness to do whatever it takes. I highly recommend their services.
