I thought I was being healthy until I met Dr Sauer. To go through the changes, from extreme debilitating pain and absolutely no energy ~to no pain and tons of energy and truly becoming healthy. WOW!! Life changing.
I am so thankful for Dr. Sauer and his team! After struggling with several autoimmune issues for years, through this program I learned how food affects my body and how to best fuel my body! They were available with guidance and encouragement every step of the way!
