Worst place I have ever lived, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Worst experience I’ve ever had at an apartment. Management for the last two years has been absolutely horrible. From having maintenance problem after maintenance problem i.e. dishwasher not working and being replace, ceiling fan shaking and breaking, air-conditioner not working, toilet not working, shower not working, the light outside my apartment being out where I couldn’t even feel safe walking up the stairs still not fixed to this day. This is where I have lived for 3 years. The gate has never worked since we have been here. We have leaks on the sinks and the water bill comes very high, both pools are always dirty and have mold at the bottom. The trash dispenser is to small and there is days where the trash is everywhere outside of the trash can and lots of flies. We always have cockroaches. The apartments are beautiful and a great size, but the administration is bad.
My daughter lived there for over a year. They had their cars vandalized, her dog stolen off her porch. Gates never worked properly. For the amount of rent they charge, you would think they could afford cameras. Walls are very thin. Go elsewhere, this place is a rip off.
Read the lease very CAREFULLY before you sign, if your DOG doesn't use the litter box and poops on the USED carpet while you are at work, they WILL evict you ! Even with pet insurance .
It doesn't get any better as far as an apartment or community goes I. Hattiesburg! I've been here almost 2 years and would stay for life if my family hasn't grow. So much. Front office is the absolute best and always fun to talk to! Please consider Twin Oaks ! ( if you aren't a tool) my only complaint is how these people get the wood floors?!?!?!? I'll pay extra!!! �
Worst apartment complex and management I have ever encountered. We were told that the carpet would be replaced before we moved in but it never was. When we moved out they made us pay to have the carpet replaced. The front gate NEVER worked the entire year we lived there. It remained open 24/7. The grounds are not well kept and the management staff is very unprofessional. The lights in the stairwell wouldn't work at night sometimes and I would have to use my phone light to go up the steps.
