You can never call and get anyone for any information i went there 2 times different days and no one is in the office, even the pose man speaks about the person who said to be in the office this place is never constance first they said the office open 3 time out of the week yet no one is there
I used to live here at twin oaks. Management is so disfuntional I don't know where to begin. They cause drama between tenants, and they tell all your business to other tenants. You can literally here every conversation as if they are in your apartment. Garbage is always backed up in the hallways. Look outside and you will see RAT TRAPS around the whole building. Ok..this place used to be nice before the undesirable single women and their boyfriends moved in. This place is mice and roach infested in both 21 and #7: buildings. Management change every six months, just enought for the workers to collect unemployment. You have tenants guests causing drama and selling drugs that management is aware of and don't care. I’ve been living her with my mom for a long time its been getting worse and worse roaches and mice dont get le wrong its a nice spacious place but mice is crazy its mainly in 7 manor not 21 manor
