Twin oaks Twin oaks is okay living for a college student who needs cheap rent but otherwise it's not the best place to live! Managment is rude, they also take forever to fix anything broken in the apartment. You may have to call or put in numerous maintenance request before it is taken care of. They also tried to raise my rent to that of a new resident with a completely refurbished apartment, mine was not updated in anyway and I had been paying the same rent for two years prior.
