STAY AWAY! I have lived here for almost a year, in two different apartments. The first one, the living room floor was noticeably slanting to the middle, and there was mold in the air intake, and this one has MULTIPLE problems that arent being addressed. The management isnt ever in the office, she doesnt take calls if she knows your number on the caller ID, and HER BOYFRIEND, the maintenance man gets all mad if you try to tell her to do her JOB. My roommate and I moved into a 2 bedroom on May 28, 2008. It had problems like a door missing on master bedroom, toilet not bolted down, and the swinging doors on washers area were off completely. The manager said these problems would be taken care of over the next week. Further on the stove started sparking and I called the emergency number and no one came out for a week to repair it. My room mate arranged this location. I hadnt seen it. We tried to get in touch for two weeks to no avail. Finally, on our move day, after STILL not getting a return call, on faith, we headed to the new apartment. I was astounded when I saw this little s***hole of a complex.
