I was with Twin Maid cleaning service for several months and the service was continuously subpar and very expensive. At first, I was okay with it because I was coming home to a decently clean house. I was on a bi-weekly schedule. However, as time went on, the cleaning service got worse (e. g. The toilets weren't cleaned, baseboards weren't cleaned, etc.). She was only paying me $16.75 a hour when I have experience. And she shorted my pay I do not recommend her do not go with her as a cleaning company and has Walmart equipment 😂
Poor communication , not reliable ... wanted to charge $ 26 for gas mileage to clean a house in the pike lake area I wouldnt recommend
Twin Maids was responsive, friendly, prompt and communicated well. The estimated price seemed very fair. We ultimately chose a "restoration" type service but later regretted it. I suspect Twin Maids would have done a better job and for less.
I found my experience to be terrible, and would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. She arrived 45 minutes late: She spent the time that she was here cleaning cleaning on her Bluetooth talking on her phone and when I I commented on that she said I can still work. I feel that you do not concentrate fully when you are talking on the phone. She was not able to finish the job because I had an appointment and she was late getting here.
