Appreciate Drs Mizumoto more than words can say. Dr. Mike assisted Bella across the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Rob is very attentive and compassionate about caring for my current 4 legged. The entire staff is so wonderful. I always feel heard and understood.
I would think twice before putting the care of your pet in their hands. In the event of my cat passing away in my arms, they did not care. When I waited 3 months for the owner to return my call, he was extremely defensive and argumentative. I took my deceased cat to another vet who had her cremated and returned her ashes to me in a caring compassionate manner. I am really at a loss of words.
Excellent care for my dogs. The staff is friendly, compassionate,knowledgeable, and helpful. My dog Smokey was diagnosed with diabetes. I was very nervous about giving the medication and monitoring his treatment. The doctor and tech were very helpful- they spent over an hour answering all of my questions and walking me through the necessary treatment. I left feeling confident in being able to give him insulin at home.
