A heartfelt thank you to the compassionate and caring staff who cared for our precious Lilly. They took the time to send us a beautiful card that helped us come to peace with the loss of our sweet girl. We appreciate that more than you can imagine.
Super nice staff. We had to put our dog down and they were very understanding and sweet to me and my daughter.
I just want to say thank you to Dr. D for taking the time to call me personally this morning to let us know our dog Cheyenne had passed away. Dr. DeRusha and all the staff have always been wonderful, compassionate, and caring but the phone call really meant a lot. Dr. DeRusha and the staff truly care about their patients and we will continue taking our remaining dogs to see them.
I would like to give my heartfelt praise to the Twin Lakes vet staff. They are amazingly compassionate, and caring. They gave me a feeling of comfort, in seeing the level of professionalism, and empathy they exhibited, when my best friend Chewie had to be put down at the age of 14. You are anamazing group, especially Dr. DaRusha. Thank you for making this extremely difficult decision, one that i could take solace, knowing that Chewie was in caring hands, until his last breath.
Without a doubt this is the best place to take your beloved pets to when they need care or just general stuff. If I could give them a perfect 10 stars I would. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough. Thank you all at Twin Lakes Pet & Bird Clinic for taking such wonderful care of my bff Bosco. Thanks too for the referral to Doctor Dean.
