Built here in 2023/2024, and after moving in there were a number of issues. The warranty manager seldom responds, which is likely not a fault of her own considering she is the only person covering several neighborhoods, so she is inundated with requests. Make sure everything is done before you move you. During the process of building, we noticed the shower wall was crooked. We told the builder and saleswoman that it was crooked multiple times and they did nothing about it. Then once’s the drywall and tile was in place, they came back and said they noticed the wall is crooked and they have to fix it.
