UPDATED 4/24/21 Maintenance is near impossible to get ahold of or to fix anything. We made an emergency call they never responded too. They have "call 911" up on their website. We are supposed to have central air, but our air conditioner had been broken more months than not for the year we have been here. They tell us now they need three nights in a row of 70 degrees, which is not a thing... We have had mold in the walls, can smell it. Had two leaks with water stains. They gutted our downstairs neighbors ceiling and walls... read more
