I visited Twin Jewelry repair to have a bracelet and necklace repaired The staff were very helpful in assisting me to find the location, even coming out of the store and walking around the parking lot to assist me with finding the store (thanks Pooh!)! Customer service was excellent, although I was disappointed my jewelry was repaired a week longer than originally promised.
