I have been going to Twin Hickory for years and have found Dr. Patel to be an excellent dentist. She is very honest and caring. I love that she started a reminder service. My husband forgets his appointments at times but because of her reminder service he always makes it to the dentist. She has a very gentle touch and always does a great job. Dr. Patel provides excellent dental services. She is able to properly evaluate what's going on why my teeth and make the correct recommendation. She is also very caring and kind.
Dr. Patel goes above and beyond in her care for her patients. She texted me on a Sunday to ask me how my son was doing after his dental visit on a Friday because of a toothache. She is always accessible and available if we have any questions. She sends us appointment reminder texts and even remembers birthdays and sends us sweet messages on birthdays.
