Been waiting an hour in a full waiting room with no patients going in or coming out. Very very slow and rude about it!
Front desk staff are very very rude and so unprofessional. Blonde girl just kept giving me attitude and acted like it was a bother for me being there and was refusing to see me even tho it was a workmans comp visit.
Dr chin is an awesome physician along with his staff Bianca and Cindy I’m always very pleased with the staff in this clinic ��
Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Chin , Arthur,and Tudor are very kind and helpful to make sure we get the treatment we need. Thank you Twin fountains!

I waited an hour and a half for the desk clerk to start to process my paperwork. Then she tells me it will be $120 not the $50 walkin urgent care co pay I have.
Man what a ripoff! Had to go here, I got sick at springfest. $350 without insurance, $180 with and it took 4 hours with only 3 people in front of me. Wow. Statcare in kingsville is 80 bucks without insurance (they don't accept mine) and I've never waited over an hour.
