I've been doing this over 35 years and I have dealt with 5 different truck bodies for triaxle dumptrucks. I strongly advise to get have your box installed somewhere else even if you have to wait. I've had bad leaks, then box would not go up after sitting for a month. Goes up in down position and down in up position after it was brought back to fix leak and reroute the line because it was fist placed putting pressure on air and electrical lines. Not a good experience at all. Still have issues.
I was having some serious problems with my plow during the biggest snowstorm of the season . Called the after hours line and was told to head over . The technician Mark was diligent and thorough. Had me back in the road quickly. The repair was done and done right. The only place illl bring my equipment to be serviced from this day going forward. Enough can’t be said about the experience and excellent service I received.
Always an amazing experience with these guys. I purchased a new hooklift truck last year that was made by them from a ford dealer out at Cavalcade Ford. I’ve had one issue before where the PTO was replace under warranty and the experience that time was amazing. The staff at the front desk explained what was wrong and the work needed to be done. I've been around this industry for 10 years now and I've seen it all! It's refreshing to know that people centric and customer service focused companies still exist. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Twin Equipment on a professional level and I've never been disappointed. I usually don't name drop but in recent dealings, Stefan Prasad, stands out to me as a staple in this industry with his level of service, knowledge and professionalism.
