This complex is garbage. Dealing with Essex is more than a headache. Overpriced, poorly maintained, and overall disappointing. Dead mice in pool/ hot tub, gym is tiny and dirty. When we moved in our unit was filthy, dirt all over floors, stains in carpet which they charged us for when we moved out, dishwasher never worked while living there. Was the epitome of “landlord special” Avoid Essex and especially avoid foothills. You will absolutely regret living here.
