I was seeing a new dental hygienists that I have not seen before and find her a bit talking down to me like showing me how to use toothbrush properly like I was 5 years old. I don’t need that, just a reminder to brush & floss more is probably enough since I almost 50 years old. Also I was billed for recement on a crown that supposedly to be permanent
I LOVE Betty, Ann, and the staff at Dr. Horstmann's office! They all make you feel warm and fuzzy! I feel I'm treated better than family!!! Thank you for your care and concern!
Dr. Horstmann and her team are wonderful! I've always had a pleasant experience in this office and would highly recommend it to anyone. Going to the dentist can be stressful sometimes but they've always made me feel welcome and comfortable.
