Horrible company. Me and my wife front of the house that was managed by this company for 18 months. The owners of the home we’re great but the management company was awful. They were extremely slow to respond to broken appliances and took almost a month to fix a broken furnace in the middle of the winter. At the end of our lease we are supposed to get a credit for the furnace which we never did. They also kept $1000 of our security deposit without any justification. TCRES is the most responsive, well run management company in the twin cities area. After dealing with the others (RW), I'm so glad my property is being managed by Jeremy and his staff. The renters he found are great and he takes all the hassle out of anything could come up.
