the salesman hank was very nice and the finance managers where very helpful and made things happen for us would highly recommend going to twin city nissan/honda
Unfortunately things are not taken care of by sales managers, etc. They do not return calls and make promises they can’t keep. They would not even come to service and speak with me because they didn’t have time to. Lauren in Honda service and Halle in sales were excellent though. They went out of their way to make things happen, so 5 stars for them. I tried to make things right before leaving a review, but things were not taken care of. I probably won’t be back.
Hank got us into our new and affordable car in much less time than any other dealership that I’ve ever bought from. If you’re looking for a good deal give Hank a shout and he’ll take care of you.
