I came in for service after having major issues with Mike Smith, Stephenie in service was so helpful and kind. She made a horrible situation much better!!! Will be coming back herein the future.
After getting the run around from another local dealership I decided to take a chance on Twin City Nissan. So thankful that I did. My buying experience was extremely easy and I got exactly what I wanted! No hassle, no lies...just straight forward business. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle to look around I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted right away by Tonesia Rivers and Anthony Gooch (both are top notch). Without hesitation I would recommend this dealership!

bought a 2016 versa 4 months ago wife had a minor accident while in service they treated me great was in contact with me while car was in bodyshop called (still be repaired) called Ashley who sold me a truck from a different dealer she was at long story short we now have a 2017 sentra great job ashley
I have NEVER had a bad experience with the service department at Twin City Nissan and I've been using them since 2012. They're always courteous and forthcoming with any issues I've had. Kudos to that department and the sales associates are awesome as well. I bought a brand new car in 2014 and it was totalled in an accident and bought a certified pre-owned and have been pleased with it. :)
