Our A/C went out during the first heatwave and they were able to come out next to diagnose. Dymond was great, walked me through everything step by step and gave me options on the spot to take care of the immediate issue. He also pointed out some things that I should consider addressing in the future but was not pushy. He made sure I understood everything before leaving my home. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.
These guys do business the RIGHT WAY! We are Comfort Care members. During the course of monitoring the equipment over time, they recommended replacing a part that was running out of spec. Simple repair. Problem was, during the install, something minor happened that disabled the equipment. Well, the next time we needed to use our AC was the first heat wave of the year. I will never use or recommend this company ever again. This July they were out to fix my AC. The problem ended up being an issue with the control board. They replaced the board and charged me close to $1000. Then November comes around and I tried to use my furnace for the first time this fall. It didn't work so I had them back out. They find that it's not working due the control board that they replaced. Not only didn't refuse cover any replacement cost or service fees, they tried to give me a quote of $2400 to fix it and do... read more
