Mike and Bryce installed my A/C today and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend Twin City Heating, Air and Electric!
These guys are shady! They installed my dryer vent exactly the opposite of how we discussed. They also punched a new hole in the roof in the process. Now I need to hire a different company to fix their mess and fix my roof. To top it off they refused to refund any part of the cost. So, you might need a lawyer on your side if you wanna work with these guys.
The were supposed to run my dryer exhaust straight up and out the roof, but instead ran it across the room and punched a new hole in the roof.
Dan Wong from Twin City Heating and Air was at my house today to inspect my furnace. He was very patient when showing me and explaining to me the issues and the maintenance that he did. He also assisted me with my humidifier issues which I think was above and beyond his job duties. I highly recommend Dan for your furnace maintenance and repair.
Today, Dan Marino came out to service my furnace. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I just love the customer service he and everyone I encounter at twin cities heating, air and electric gives. Keep up the fantastic work!!
